The Avalon departs out of either Freeport, Grand Bahama or Nassau, New Providence. For charters out of Freeport the Avalon docks at Port Lucaya Marina and is only fifteen minutes from the airport. For charters out of Nassua the Avalon docks at Nassau Yacht Haven and is a 30 minute ride from the airport.

Our departure and arrival times are usually flexible
so if a later or earlier flight makes your connections easier we will do all
we can to accommodate you. Just let us know when you will be arriving or
leaving The following are target times.
Typical 7 Day Charters
12:00 Noon - Boarding time begins on Saturday
3:00 PM - Departure time
9:00 AM - Arrival time at the dock on Friday
11:00 AM – Time for us to start preparing the boat for the next group of guests.
Typical 4 Day Charters
5:00 PM - Boarding begins on Friday
9:00 PM - Departure time
9:00 AM - Arrival Time at the dock on Tuesday
